I read an email from you tonight in which you said, "Stop investing your emotions in men who refuse to give you the love, security, and consistency that you deserve." That's all well and good if we were actually interested in the ones that would give us the love, security, and consistency we deserve. What you don't explain is that the reciprocal attraction is not always there. Are you saying we should do like in the old days when we were desperate for security: accept what man who would give us security? Well, I, for one, cannot. I am NUTS about a Frenchman I met a month ago and with whom I, yes I, instigated a passionate night and also fell madly for him. It didn't feel like being used... it felt like sharing and passion and huge attraction. And you're telling me I should accept the other guy, who is dorky but is apparently mad about me? Well, I can't... I just can't... not after beautiful, wonderfully kissable Cedric. Impossible.
