When people are hedging their bets and not honest with you, that’s when it gets tricky and disingenuous. If I was interested in playing the field a bit, I’d try and make that clear. I like men to do the same. My way of looking at it is that if the guy hasn’t attempted to lock me down and doesn’t seem all that emotionally invested in me then I can do whatever I like.
I find online dating hard too. I simply cannot make a choice of one guy over the other. It’s really an issue for me :/. I can enjoy a date but struggle to connect with the guy because in the back of my mind,  I might be wondering what other guys are out there. I feel bad saying this but men do it too.
I’ve made a decision to go on very few dates and only go on dates I’m excited about. Otherwise, I am just wasting some guy’s time. Some dating advice says take a scatter gun approach but it makes me struggle to find a connection with someone.

Well you thought it was a great day. She thought it was just another free meal. You’d be wise not to totally abandon the dating site.  Online dating is just like an episode of Seinfeld. Chances are one or both parties is highly neurotic.

Yes, since long-term monogamy has such a high failure rate, there’s no point in taking a date, potential partner, or current partner too seriously.
