Job Summary

As the Director of Marketing for EvanMarcKatz.com, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through lead generation, executing strategies to enroll clients in our signature Love U course, and grow through organic traffic, social media, partnerships, and, potentially, advertising. You will assume full accountability of insight, output, learnings and results for all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, conversion campaigns and push, SMS and email campaigns. 

You will work with the CEO and Director of Operations directly, with the necessary leadership to establish, strategize, and implement new tactics to continually improve department-wide KPIs – particularly lead generation and conversion, client retention, and user lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Own and execute a strategy for lead generation identifying target markets, and developing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Build relationships with other companies, influencers, joint venture partners and organizations to expand our reach and grow our audience. 
  • Audit our website and sales funnel regularly to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to monetize our existing leads. 
  • Create and manage social media and advertising campaigns that target our ideal customer and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth user experience and monitor the effectiveness of our sales process. 
  • Design and execute experiments to test new ideas and optimize existing channels.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs  to track the success of growth initiatives.
  • Continually level-up your knowledge of technical marketing, conversion, messaging and reactivation tactics to maintain an industry-leading customer journey.

  • You thrive at working remotely, and you maintain great working relationships with teammates.
  • You’re in North America and are available between 9am – 5pm Pacific.

Compensation​

This is an independent contractor position. 

Estimated time commitment is approximately 25-30 hours per week with room to grow into a full-time employee position if this is mutually desired.. 

Compensation is based on experience and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
