But occasionally, one of these movies had a valuable lesson to teach. In today’s Love U Podcast, I’m going to talk about two romcoms and how a few scenes from them can help you find your husband. Not true, Evan. He’s Just Not That Into You. In that movie, there are several plot lines where the girl doesn’t get the guy.

Zooey Deschanel, the lead lady in “500 Days of Summer” eventually married another man and was pregnant towards the end of the film. She gave Joseph, the lead man all sorts of excuses not to commit to him. She was inconsistent and nowhere during their 2 year relationship did he feel secure and stable with her. The bottom line, with all her excuses and all her inconsistencies, she just did not see him as her husband. Someone nice – yes. Someone to have fun with – yes, at times. But not someone to marry, until she met that man she accepted as her husband.
